Senior Product Manager

There are a lot of Product Management jobs out there where you get to tweak and improve existing product lines. Placester is currently a SaaS solution focused on delighting Real Estate agents with beautiful, intuitive, pixel-perfect websites to help them build their brand and better serve their customers. We are looking for other ways to improve their experience as agents, make their lives more efficient, and help them build their businesses in an industry undergoing a major tech-fueled transformation.

  • 6+ years experience in Product Management - we need people who know what they are doing and are ready to lead innovations in the market.
  • End to end experience developing, launching and supporting a product.
  • Track record of innovation to deliver better products and/or a better experience to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability of getting into the minds of customers, understanding their needs (even if it’s something they don’t know they need) and absolutely delighting them.
  • Ability to see and understand the total market opportunity and impact of product decisions.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment on objectives.


Wish List:

  • Experience driving high-retention, low-ARPU SaaS products.
  • Experience delivering consumer website-oriented products.
  • Experience within the real estate market.

  • You are persuasive and use your jedi powers to help build rapport and internal support for product initiatives.
  • Your customer empathy is off-the-charts … both for paying customers, and for your internal customers who support the product.
  • Naturally curious and love to understand the “why’s” behind everything to help deliver the best product to market.
  • No ego. You feel comfortable presenting ideas and strong business cases to the leadership team and your peers, but are open to questions and feedback that will help us wow customers.
  • Eager to make an impact and driven to succeed. We’ve got a huge opportunity, but nailing it is going to take a lot of hard work and iteration.
