Wanted: Quick-Acting Customer Support Associate

Our customers are always on the go, running around town to serve their customers best. So normal speed just won’t cut it for us - we need Support Reps who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can help our real estate customers grow their businesses. Our reps are on the phones helping our customers build and hone their online presence. They onboard and orient customers to Placester’s suite of apps, and ensure that customers are getting value and differentiating from the competition as quickly as possible. If you’ve got SEO, content marketing, social media, graphic design or WordPress expertise - you’ll get to put it to use! This isn’t just answering the phone - it’s a dynamic role as a consultant to brokers and agents across the US.
